Refund policy

Each piece is assembled by hand and undergoes a rigorous screening before, during and after production. We aim at highlighting potential component's defects and replace  them with spotless ones. 
Misuse of the final products by the client will not be subject to return and refund policy. However, if the reason for return and refund are well supported by evidence of good use of the object, and due to a production fault, we will be happy to organise a return and refund or a substitution of the product.
